This is the IMS policy of MISA S.r.l.

MISA S.r.l., part of the PUREVER INDUSTRIES GROUP, is a leader in the design, manufacture, sale, installation, and servicing of polyurethane cold rooms and refrigeration systems using refrigerant gases. A benchmark of excellence for food distribution operators, MISA develops and implements flexible, tailor-made solutions to meet the specific needs of its customers.

MISA’s Management Team is strongly committed to environmental sustainability, reliability, and quality, investing in advanced technology and safety. Full respect for the environment is a primary objective of the company, supported by policies and practices aimed at reducing ecological impact.

MISA and its governance strictly adhere to the Management System Certification framework, ensuring the effectiveness and success of corporate policies. Our policies and objectives are aligned with the organization’s context and strategic direction.

MISA has all the necessary technical and human resources to strengthen, analyze, and continuously improve its Management Systems in order to achieve its purposes and objectives, which are as follows:

  1. To maintain the highest level of attention to the Organization and its context, acting proactively with regard to internal and external issues, stakeholders, and their needs and expectations;
  2. To promote and enhance the effective management of customer relationships; to identify, resolve, and prevent the recurrence of any issues that may arise. Upon product delivery, we ensure that all products comply with customer requirements and that our measuring and monitoring equipment system is continuously calibrated;
  3. To provide, within the boundaries of applicable specifications, products and services that incorporate the latest innovative solutions, while fully respecting quality, reliability, and safety requirements. To comply with current legislation and any other applicable requirements affecting our activities and products, placing the highest priority on the health and safety of our employees and on environmental protection;
  4. To comply with and satisfy applicable legislation and other requirements affecting our activities and products, in order to safeguard our employees and to ensure safe and healthy working conditions at all times, in full respect of the environment;
  5. To identify, analyze, assess, and review our processes, risks, and non-conformities in accordance with best practices, with a view to continuous improvement;
  6. To manage all environmental aspects by adopting the necessary measures to prevent and reduce pollution and CO₂ emissions at both local and global levels. To implement the most innovative energy solutions and apply all appropriate measures to reduce energy consumption at our facilities and within our products;
  7. To identify training needs and ensure, at every level of the organization, the provision and sharing of the necessary knowledge and competencies, demonstrating a clear commitment to consultation and participation of our employees and their representatives;
  8. To work collaboratively with external suppliers, expecting the highest standards of conduct and performance, and to promote the pursuit of sustainable solutions;
  9. To demonstrate the continuous improvement of our Management Systems, with a focus on risks and opportunities, objectives, and internal and external audits. To apply our work instructions and competencies effectively, and to implement our emergency plan while ensuring excellent communication;
  10. To ensure the protection of personal data through collection and processing in full compliance with applicable regulations;
